Youth minister, Fayval Williams, (left) says she’s enraged by the findings in a new OCA Report into the damning relationship between the CPFSA and Carl Robanske (centre) a man banned from interacting with minors following a conviction in the US. Williams calls for CPFSA CEO Rosalee Gage-Grey (right) to ‘step aside’ as investigations continue.

Damning and enraging!

Youth minister, Fayval Williams, is slamming the Chief Executive Officer of the Child Protection and Family Services Agency, Rosalee Gage-Grey, for misleading and lying to her about its continued relationship with Carl Robanske.

The minister says she’s requested that Ms. Gage Grey goes on leave while the investigations continue.

The minister was reacting to the shocking report of the Office of the Children’s Advocate outlining the inappropriate sexual contact Robanske had with vulnerable girls under the care of the CPFSA.

Robanske was allowed to have further access to the girls despite the CPFSA having knowledge that his education certificate in the U.S. was suspended after he admitted to having sexually inappropriate conversations with a minor.

Minister Williams noted her repeated attempts to seek an update from Mrs Gage-Grey regarding the matter.

She’s also forwarded the OCA’s report to the police.
