Reggae artist, Jah Cure, is scheduled to appear at his first public hearing in the Netherlands this morning to answer to three charges.
The 43 year old singer is charged with attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault or attempted aggravated assault.
Jah Cure whose given name is Siccature Alcock, is being held at a detention centre outside Amsterdam for allegedly stabbing show promoter, Nicardo Blake, on October 2 last year.
Blake, whose Roots Vibes company stages reggae shows in The Netherlands, allegedly sustained injuries to the abdomen and was hospitalized.
Jah Cure’s appearance in court is scheduled for 11.45 this morning Jamaica time.
