Jamaica has recorded the highest number of visitors from the United Kingdom to a Caribbean destination.

Tourism Minister, Ed Bartlett says Jamaica saw over 2-hundred and 31-thousand visitors from the UK last year.

Jamaica welcomed over 2-million stopover arrivals last year, with Bartlett calling the United Kingdom the fastest growing recovery market for the island.

Jamaica is accessible to the United Kingdom by way of three of its major airlines.

They are British Airways, TUI, and Virgin Atlantic.

The three airlines combined operate at least 18 flights per week to Jamaica.
