The Jamaica Badminton Federation will be sending a strong four-member team to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England from July 28 to August 8.

These players are Tahlia Richardson, Katherine Wynter, Samuel Ricketts and Joel Angus.

They will be participating in the individual and team events.

President of the sport’s local governing body, Sheldon Townsend, says the players were selected following last week’s trials.

Townsend says he’s delighted with the team that has been selected.
