After three days of competition, Jamaica are in third place with 444 points at the CARIFTA Swimming Championships at the Stadium pool.

The Bahamas lead the standings with 605.5-points with Guadeloupe second.

Jamaica’s swimmers have secured 9-gold, 10-silver and 12-bronze.

Emily McDonald, who competes in the 13-14 category, says Jamaica should be proud of the swimmers.
