Prime Minister Andrew Holness has told the Summit of the Americas that Jamaica is turning the corner in achieving sustained fiscal stability.

Mr. Holness was addressing the summit in Lima Peru on the weekend which was attended by several world leaders – including US Vice President, Mike Pence.

He noted that in 2010 Jamaica’s Debt to GDP ratio was 140 percent. But the Prime Minister informed the summit that those circumstances have improved significantly.

The Prime Minister told world leaders in Lima, Peru that the Government is committed to building on a foundation of fiscal discipline.
