Jamaica’s swimmers have so far picked up two medals at the CC-CAN in Mexico.

On Monday, Kia Alert posted 1:19.25 to win gold in the 11-12 girls breaststroke.

The quartet of Skyelar Richards, Jessica Denniston, Matthew Kennedy, and Ky-Mani Hendricks stopped the clock at 1:46.43 to take the silver in the 200-metres freestyle mixed relays final.

The time is also a new national age-group record.

Meanwhile, the 18 and over 200-metres mixed relay team finished 4th in a new national senior record of 1:41.09.
