National representative, Emily MacDonald continues to improve in the early part of the long course swimming season.
Competing at the Dynamo Long Course Elite classic which was held in Georgia she recorded all season bests.
In the 50 metre freestyle she recorded a time of 26-point-90-seconds.
The 100 metre freestyle saw her registering a time of 59-point-09seconds.
In the 100 metre butterfly she completed the two laps in 1-minute-Zero-5-point-33-seconds.
MacDonald believes she’s ahead of her targets for the year.

She will be seeking qualification to the Tokyo Olympics.
She has represented Jamaican at the senior level at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games and the 2019 Pan AMerican Games.
