Jamaica’s Ambassador to the US, Audrey Marks, is seeking to assure residents living abroad, that measures to deal with crime locally, still hold pride of place on the Embassy’s list of priorities.
She says the Embassy has been in dialogue with partners in the US on bilateral engagements to strengthen the Jamaican government’s Plans to Secure Jamaica.
She was addressing a virtual forum last evening.
Ambassador Marks also urged Jamaicans travelling back home, to adhere to the mandatory quarantine measures, even if they’ve been vaccinated in the US.
