Jamaica’s point to point inflation rate fell to 5.1 percent at the end of October.
That’s according to the latest data from the Statistical Institute of Jamaica, STATIN.
It’s a 0.8 percentage point decrease from September.
STATIN says this fall in inflation was influenced by the change in prices for items across the categories Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Restaurants and Accommodations Services and Furnishings, Household Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance.
