Manager of Jamaica College’s Manning Cup team, Ian Forbes, says a special function is being planned to honour the players’ historic achievement this season.

The Dark Blues beat Rusea’s 3-2 in the Olivier Shield final to become the first school to win the All-Island title five consecutive times.

They also won a 5th straight Manning Cup trophy and the Walker Cup.

Head coach, Miguel Coley, who’ll be recognized assistant job in Iran that will reunite him with former Jamaica senior head coach, Winfried Schaefer, will also be recognize.
