JCF Member Transferred Pending Investigation into Unauthorised Visit by Popular Entertainer to Noel Maitland in Lockup

A member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force that was attached to the Grants Pen Police Station in St. Andrew, has been transferred pending an investigation.

This was reportedly triggered by an unauthorised visit to Constable Maitland while he was in custody at Grants Pen.

Reports are that a popular entertainer and a female companion visited Constable Maitland after he was arrested.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Clifford Blake confirmed the incident.
