Vice President of the People’s National Party, PNP, Derrick Kellier says he has no doubt party president Portia Simpson Miller will retain her post and create history in next month’s internal PNP elections.

Mr. Kellier says now is not a time for grabbing power or self-elevation, which he’s blaming for the loss of four seats in St. James in the February 25 general election.

He says Mrs. Simpson Miller cannot be blamed for the loss.
