Several areas across three divisions in East Rural St. Andrew have been impacted by landslides.
The Member of Parliament for the constituency, Juliet Holness says at least four areas in the Gordon Town division have been affected.
MP Holness says the Mavis Bank Division has suffered tremendously.
Meanwhile, in the Kintyre division, Mrs. Holness says she’ll be seeking to visit residents in sections of that area, who may’ve experienced flooding.
And, a man is now in hospital after his house collapsed in East Rural St. Andrew due to a landslide triggered by the inclement weather.
Mrs. Holness says the man is a resident of Gordon Town.
