Jamaican international footballer Leon Bailey has agreed to become one of Food for the Poor’s newest brand ambassadors.
As a brand ambassador, the Bayer Leverkusen winger will be tasked with representing the charity organization in a positive light while increasing the brand’s awareness.
Bailey also gifted Food For the Poor with two jerseys.
Food for the Poor revealed that as part of its fundraising initiatives, the jerseys and other items, will be included in a silent auction, which will help to raise funds to support its various programmes and projects.
Since he burst onto the Bundesliga scene in 2017/18 season, the now 23-year-old Bailey has figured prominently in his side’s ascent up the German League table, as well as in European football competitions.
