The Mayor of Kingston, Delroy Williams is dismissing claims that there’s no running water available to vendors and patrons at the Crab Circle vending spot in Heroes Circle, Kingston.
Crab Circle is due to reopen on November 23 after being shut down on October 5 by the Health Department.
The closure was prompted by the disgusting sight of a vendor defecating inside her food stall at the facility.
Mayor Williams says the facility has undergone a few changes since the October closure.
