Most INDECOM Cases Don’t Meet Threshold to Discipline Police -Morgan

Information Minister, Robert Morgan, says 87 per cent of cases probed by the Independent Commission of Investigations, INDECOM, fall below the threshold required for disciplinary proceedings against the police.
