Police Constable Brandon Logan and two other men charged with the murder of St Thomas taxi operator, Carl Armstrong, returns to the St Thomas Parish Court today.

The others men charged are Nowayne Ennis and Shamalo Panton.

They’re jointly charged with murder and illegal possession of gun and ammunition.

On April, 4, Armstrong was dropping off students at the Grants Pen Primary School in St Thomas when a car drove up with three men aboard.

The men opened gunfire on Armstrong who died on the spot.

Two hours later Police intercepted the car eleven miles away in Bull Bay, St Andrew, with Logan, Ennis and Panton aboard.

Police searched the car and allegedly found three firearms.

The three accused have been remanded in custody.
