A report on the link between the activities at sex shops or massage parlours with human trafficking, should be out by the end of this month.

The Anti-Trafficking in Persons Unit of the Constabulary Force is working on the study, which will be one of the outcomes of a special initiative launched in February, dubbed Operation ID-Fix.

Speaking on Nationwide This Morning, head of the Unit, Deputy Superintendent Carl Berry, says the report will provide policy makers with crucial empirical evidence.

DSP Berry says under Operation ID-Fix, the police have so far arrested 41 persons, including a proprietor, sex workers and patrons.
