The Acting President of the National Water Commission, Garth Jackson, says the entity will soon be forced to impose water restrictions in some communities.

He says the storage levels in the two major water supply facilities serving the Corporate Area are running low.

As a result of the decrease in the storage levels in the dams, Mr Jackson says water restrictions are now necessary.
