Minister of Sports Olivia Grange, says her ministry is committed to working with the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association, JAAA, to ensure that the lives of our athletes is a little easier and better.
Minister Grange made the announcement at the welcome engagement for 110-metres hurdles Olympic champion, Hansle Parchment on Sunday.
Minister Grange says the government is the biggest contributor to the welfare of the country’s athletes.
She says the government provided over $28 million in financial assistance leading up to the Olympics.
