Former PNP President, Dr. Peter Phillips says he’s not convinced there’s a need for him to return as Leader of the Opposition.

The PNP’s three vice presidents and its Chairman resigned on Friday.

They accused the leadership of the PNP of being insincere in their commitment to party unity.

Dr. Phillips says he believes the current officials should be given the room to address the issues facing the party.

The former PNP President and Opposition Leader says the resignations of Mikael Phillips, Damion Crawford, Wykeham McNeil and Phillip Paulwell raise questions.

Dr. Phillips says he’s hopeful the former executives will be included in the rebuilding of the party.
