President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, PSOJ, Metry Seaga, is calling on the political directorate to rein in those members guilty of making crass and divisive statements.
His call follows Monday’s incident at the headquarters of the People’s National Party, where a female journalist from the RJR/Gleaner Communications Group was allegedly threatened with rape.
Journalists were also ordered to leave the premises by PNP Deputy General Secretary, Dexroy Martin, because they were wearing green clothing.
Mr. Seaga is condemning the utterances.
Metry Seaga, President of the PSOJ.
