A teen has been slapped with multiple charges following a murder attempt on Gold Street in Kingston on Sunday February 4.
He has been identified as nineteen year old Tyler Walker otherwise known as “Puss”, a shoemaker of East Queen Street, Kingston.
Walker has been charged with wounding with intent, possession of a prohibited Weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Reports say around 9:50pm, a man was walking along the roadway when he was pounced upon by Walker and another man who opened gunfire.
The man was assisted to hospital for treatment after being shot.
Walker was pointed out in an identification parade after being nabbed by police. He is to appear before the Gun Court on Thursday, February 15.
