In St. Kitts and Nevis, residents in the northern part of the twin-island federation experienced the phenomena of a ‘hailstorm in the tropics’ Thursday morning.
Videos and pictures have been making the rounds on social media of the rare weather event. The affected areas included Tabernacle, Saddlers Village and Dieppe Bay.
In one video, a woman expressed shock at the weather event.
