Reggae singer, Pluto Shervington, has died at 73.

Shervington is known for several hits like I Man Born Ya, Ram Goat Liver and Dat.

It’s understood Shervington died on Friday in Florida. It’s understood he was admitted to hospital on Thursday.

The reggae artiste started his career in Jamaica in the 1970s but has been living in Florida in the United States since the 1980s.

Shervington started his career as part of the band Tomorrow’s Children and achieved solo success with charting in the United Kingdom.
