The Retired Police Officer, who was pepper-spayed by a policeman, is to answer to several charges in the Traffic Court, on July 30.

An almost 7-minute long video of the incident, shows the retired senior policeman being pepper sprayed in his eyes after disobeying the Policeman’s request to exit his vehicle.

The retired Superintendent, Altamont ‘Parro’ Campbell was charged with other offences, which were withdrawn in Court Today.

His attorney is Bianca Samuels.

She says the owner of the vehicle Mr Campbell was driving, has also been jointly charged.

It’s not clear if the policeman who pepper-sprayed Mr Campbell has been charged with any offences.
