The sentencing of three members of the Constabulary convicted for manslaughter in relation to the 2012 shooting death of a schoolgirl, Vanessa Kirkland, has been delayed again.

Prosecutors in the sentencing matter are expected to make submissions on Monday challenging the application of the defence attorneys.

Constables Andrewain Smith, Durvin Hayles and Anna-Kaye Bailey have been found guilty of manslaughter.

Attorney Peter Champagnie is representing Smith, Nadine Guy is representing Hayles and Oswest Senior Smith is representing Bailey.

The attorneys made an application yesterday for their clients to be granted bail pending an appeal.
