Investigations into the shooting death of a Pastor in St. James on Saturday, have lead police to believe that the clergyman may have some connections to persons in the lottery scam.

Twenty-seven-year-old Ryan Jackson was head of the First Truth Christian Apostolic Church on Barnett Street in the parish.

Head of the St. James Police Senior Superintendent Marlon Nesbeth says Pastor Jackson may have been offering ‘spiritual protection’ to known lotto scammers.
