Opposition Leader, Mark Golding, is calling for a high-level investigation into the killings of the homeless men.

In a statement, he says the attacks are further evidence that there’s a violence crisis in the nation.

According to Mr Golding, Jamaica has become a place in which the most vulnerable and defenseless can be heartlessly attacked and murdered.

He says the Opposition People’s National Party is concerned that the circumstances suggest the possibility that the attacks were coordinated.

He says there should be what he calls a ‘plan of action’ to prevent a recurrence.

The Opposition Leader is also calling on the government to take immediate action.
