Local Government Minister and MP for South West Clarendon, Noel Arscott says a solar energy production project recently launched by Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller, is set to create hundreds of jobs in the constituency.
Minister Arscott was addressing constituents at a PNP meeting on Sunday in the York Town Division.

Minister Arscott urged residents to ensure that the project is executed in a timely fashion.

And Minister Arscott is urging members of the PNP to focus on the party’s achievements.
Arscott, who’s a Vice President of the PNP, says the party is better than the JLP at making improvements at the local government level.
