During the recent launch, Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke, commented that the ceremony not only celebrates another realty company but an inevitable economic turnaround for Jamaica.

Minister Clarke told the function that the potential for opening up Jamaica’s opportunity to a wider audience than what has previously paid attention to Jamaica and that is something to celebrate.

The event’s keynote speaker was Chairman of Sandals, Adam Stewart.

Mr. Stewart also commented that the launch of Sotheby’s International Realty in Jamaica is an investment that contributes to navigating  Jamaica through “torrential times.”

A leading real estate practitioner, Julian Dixon is the Operations Manager for Sotheby’s International Realty in Jamaica. 

Ms. Dixon is considered to be an influential stakeholder in the real estate industry who for a number of years and has won several awards for the most units sold and highest GCI in annual sales.
