Former Prime Minister, Edward Seaga, says it appears that British Prime Minister, David Cameron made a strategic decision to avoid apologizing for the impact of the slavery.
Mr. Seaga says the British leader was very careful with his words.

Mr. Seaga was a guest at today’s special sitting of parliament.
He’s welcoming Cameron’s announcement of a £300-million Caribbean Partnership Fund.
But he does not believe that the sum can even begin to compensate the people of the Caribbean for the impact of slavery.
