President and CEO of the Jamaica Public Service Company, Kelly Tomblin, is commending Prime Minister Andrew Holness for not allowing politics to disrupt the work of the Electricity Sector Enterprise Team, ESET.
ESET has been instrumental in efforts to bring Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG, to Jamaica.
This in an attempt to bring electricity prices down. The Team is Chaired by Dr. Vincent Lawrence, who’s known to be a PNP elder.

JPS recently received its first shipment of LNG, for use at its Bogue power plant in Montego Bay.
Ms. Tomblin says she’s pleased that the LNG project survived successive administrations.
