An inmate at the Tower Street Adult Correctional facility is accusing the wardens there of wanton abuse of the prisoners.
His claims follow an altercation between a correctional officer and an inmate on the weekend that resulted in the death of the prisoner.
Wayne, a Tower Street inmate spoke with Cliff Hughes and Danielle Archer on Nationwide @5 last evening.
He describes conditions at the prison as rough.

He says the inmate have ended their hunger strike they’d engaged in to protest the killing of the prisoner on the weekend.
And he’s calling on the Commissioner of Corrections to visit the facility more often and engage with the inmates.
