Two men were arrested today in connection with the murder of 57-year-old Accountant, Steven McPherson, in Bogue Heights St. James on July 22.
The suspects have been identified as 32-year-old Oshaine Wilson and 35- year-old Operations Manager and owner of the vehicle allegedly used to commit the crime, Delroy McCook.
Both men are residents of Pitfour in the parish.
Reports are Mr. McPherson was on his way home from work when he saw men in a white Toyota Vitz and a Toyota Voxy motorcars accosting his daughter at gunpoint.
Mr. McPherson approached the men when he was shot in the face allegedly by the driver of the Toyota Vitz vehicle.
He drove off but crashed, having succumbed to his injuries.
The occupants of both the Voxy and Vitz then sped off.
Targeted raids were conducted on July 28 at three locations across St. James and Hanover.
The Police say the operations were aided by its Cyber and Forensic Units and the use of a range of new technologies.
The operations led to the arrest of two suspects and the recovery of one of the motor vehicles.
The men were positively identified following an identification parade today.
