St. George’s College and the wider football fraternity are in mourning following the passing of the school’s Manning Cup captain, Dominic James.

James died after collapsing on the field during their game against Excelsior High school, yesterday.

Coach of St. Georges, Neville Bell, says everyone at the park were affected by the incident.

Bell had high praises for the professionalism shown by the officials when James fell to the field.

Meanwhile, President of the Jamaica Football Federation, Captain Horace Burrell, expressed his condolences to the family of Dominic James .

Other than his representation at the school and club level, Dominic was just this year a part of the National Under 20 training camp and was a player and leader highly respected.

Captain Burrell expresses sympathies to the St. Georges College fraternity; the ISSA family and all those who played with and knew the 18-year-old.
