Premier League fans will have free access to their favourite league until October 1 via the CSport channels broadcast by VertiCast.

VertiCast is the rights holder for the Premier League in the Caribbean, displacing Flow and Digicel.

In a statement on Thursday evening, VertiCast says it’s extending the free broadcast of the Premier League after several games were postponed due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

Free access to the Premier League was initially supposed to stop at the end of August. But the new rights holder extended access until September 16.

The free access to new and existing subscribers is now extended for two more weeks. The extension also applies to the NFL.

VertiCast is also the Caribbean rights holders for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Euro 2024 and 2028 and the UEFA Nation’s League.

Subscribers of VertiCast are charged US $3.00 a week, US $7.99 a month or US $77.99 a year. At the current exchange rate it would cost Jamaican customer’s approximately $11,800 for a one year subscription.
