West Indies women sealed the 3-match T-20 series with a 31-run win over India in the 2nd match to take an unassailable 2-nil lead in Malapadu, yesterday.
Batting first, the Windies, led by Skipper Stafanie Taylor’s 47, made 137 for 5 off their 20 overs.
Deandra Dottin chipped in with 35 from 21 deliveries.
Chasing 138 to win, the hosts were bowled out for 106 inside 19 overs, only Har-man-preet Kaur’s 43 off 37 balls gave the bowlers any trouble.
Dottin and Arisa Mohammed took 3-wickets each.
