CEO of Cricket West Indies, Johnny Grave, says the Windies tour of New Zealand will be completely different from their tour of England earlier this year.

In addition to the three-match T20 International Series, West Indies will face the Black Caps in two Test matches.

New Zealand has become an symbolic champion of proper prevention and response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The country, of approximately 5 million people, has just over 1,600 confirmed COVID-19 cases—on the backbone of strict initial travel policies, science-based government action, and strategies responsive to testing limitations.

Grave says once the players complete their quarantine period they’ll be free to interact with the New Zealand population.
