Edgewater Wolverines beat Papine Kings 75-74 in over time after both teams were tied at 66-66 at the end of regular play in of the GK ONE/SDF Howard McCatty Community Basketball League at the Stadium Courts, last night.

The Wolverines now lead the best of 3 series 1-0.

Kenardo Smith scored 28 points and 13 rebounds, while Jermaine Miller had 16 points and Jumario Grant 11 points for the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, Alex Levy had 23 points, Jadejah McCormack 22 and Tommy McDonald 13 in the Kings losing effort.

Game two is set for Tuesday at the Same venue.
