Health Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton, says the third person to die is a male from Westmoreland with a travel history from the United Kingdom.
The Minister was speaking this afternoon during a digital media briefing.
Dr. Tufton says the second COVID-19 related death occurred yesterday at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
He says the cause of death for the second victim is still under investigation.
Dr. Tufton says the six new cases are all related to the quarantined Corn Piece community in Clarendon.
He says this shows the necessity of the quarantine measures.
