President of the BCCI Shashank Manohar, says India has waived the over USD$41-million imposed fine on the WICB for the abandoned tour to India in 2014.

The West Indies will tour India in 2017 to complete the unfinished matches from the 2014 series.

The issue was sorted out when the WICB agreed to tour India to play the pending games.

Manohar says the schedule will be finalized by the end of May.

He says no other conditions were laid out by the BCCI during the talks with the West Indies Cricket Board.
