The case where two of three men charged with the murder of Andrea Lowe-Garwood failed to proceed to the Trelawny Circuit Court due to outstanding materials.
Mrs Lowe Grawood was murdered while praying in a Church in the parish January.
Dwight Bingham is charged with murder and illegal possession of a firearm, and 29-year-old Javan ‘Janoy’ Garwood, is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Garwood is the victim’s stepson.
Suwayne Phillips, one of two attorneys representing Garwood and Bingham told Nationwide News that the matter was unable to reach this sitting of the circuit court due to incomplete files and a post-mortem report.
Phillips says files were served electronically this week.
However, she said there are more outstanding files to be served.
As a result, the case remains in the Trelawny Parish Court in Falmouth.
The case is now set for mention on April 14.
The men were remanded into custody.
