Coach of Harbour View Football Club, Ludlow Bernard, says Jamaica needs to better utilise the home grown talents who are plying their trade in top leagues around the world.
Bernard says he’s not against foreign born players joining the program.
However, he thinks there are Jamaican born players who deserve their chance in the national set-up.
He lists Trevante Stewart who is playing in the Serie “A” and Renaldo Cephas who plays in the Turkish super League, as examples.
Bernard’s call goes beyond just the players, he believes there are Jamaican born officials who’s contribution can be telling if given the opportunity.
