Opposition Spokesman on Education, Peter Bunting, is raising concerns about how funds are allocated in the budget for capital projects under the Education Ministry.
He was comparing it to the money budgeted for capital projects in the National Security Ministry.
He raised the question while addressing yesterday’s sitting of Parliament’s Standing Finance Committee.
Mr Bunting is describing the Education portfolio as the ‘step child’ of the government’s capital budget.
