The Managing Director of HEART-NSTA Trust, Dr. Taneisha Ingleton, says the elimination of tuition and administrative fees from several of its programmes is a big step in the right direction.
Dr Ingleton says the HEART-NSTA Trust has the capacity to handle a flood of new students.

There are 26 HEART-NSTA Trust institutions across the island.
They offer training in a range of fields including Technology, Cosmetics, Welding, Carpentry, Robotics and Restaurant Management.
