Reports emerging out of the United States are that high profile Jamaican DJ and convicted drug smuggler Flippa Mafia has been sentenced to 25-years in prison.

The deejay, whose given name is Andrew Davis, appeared in the Camden Superior Court in New Jersey this morning.

Davis was also ordered to pay USD$250,000 as a penalty for profiteering from money laundering.

Flippa Mafia was found guilty of first-degree distribution of cocaine, second-degree money laundering and second-degree conspiracy last December.

His brothers, Kemar and Roger Davis, who were also involved, were sentenced in March to twenty and ten years respectively.
