Nationwide Sports understands past president of the Jamaica table tennis association, JTTA, Godrey Lothian is dead.

Reports are Mr. Lothian died suddenly at his home on Tuesday.

In a statement the JTTA expressed condolences to the Lothian family.

Lothian was a long time president of the JTTA. But he lost his position to Andrew Lue earlier this year after an almost two-year long court battle.
