Former Justice Minister, Senator Mark Golding, says he’s not phased by the entry of former JUTC Managing Director, Colin Campbell, in the race to succeed Dr. Omar Davies in the PNP stronghold of South St. Andrew.

Dr. Davies has indicated that he’ll not seek re-election.

Speaking on Nationwide@5 last evening, Colin Campbell argued that he’s the better candidate.

He swiped at Mark Golding saying he may have a difficulty explaining why he has only recently decided to enter representational politics.

Senator Golding says the reason behind his timing is clear.

Golding says his credentials and loyalty in the constituency are well known.

He says Mr. Campbell is a newcomer who’s attempting to take advantage of an opportunity.
